How does it work?

1. Select your pickup point

When choosing your delivery option, you can select a Pickme pickup point — available with over 90,000 online retailers including Vinted, Decathlon, Veepee, Temu, Showroomprivé, Boulanger, Sarenza, CDiscount, Orange, Nespresso, Sephora, Mango, and many more.

2. Your pickup point receives your parcel

The carrier delivers your parcel directly to your selected pickup point. Your parcel remains your property at all times, and you receive real-time tracking updates.

3. Your pickup point contacts you

Once your parcel has been received, your pickup point contacts you to arrange a convenient collection time, based on the availability shown on the map at the time of selection.

4. Collect your parcel!

Visit your pickup point at the scheduled time and collect your parcel using your 4-digit collection code. Don’t forget to rate your experience! :)
