A recipient selects you as their pickup point
You’ll receive a notification when a parcel is on its way. Once the driver drops it off, simply scan it and arrange a time with the recipient to hand it over safely.

Delivery complete!
Once the parcel is handed over by the recipient, the delivery is confirmed and your earnings are automatically added to your wallet.
Requirements to become a pickup point
To ensure a reliable experience for both drivers and recipients, you’ll need to meet a few simple eligibility requirements to become a Pickme pickup point.
To become a Pickme pickup point, you must: Be available at home during daytime hours (9am–3pm) at least 5 days per week.

Agree to the pickup point charter, which outlines service standards, reliability expectations and code of conduct.
As a Keeper, you are entrusted with parcels on behalf of carriers and for the benefit of recipients. This Charter sets out the commitments that ensure a reliable and secure delivery experience.
Provide accurate information
I complete my profile using my real first name and a real photo. I only declare availability slots during which I am certain to be at home and reachable.
Be reliable and punctual
I am present and reachable during the delivery time slots I have set, and I communicate proactively with recipients when needed.
Be considerate and welcoming
I take recipients’ preferred time slots into consideration and embody the values of good neighborliness: respect, tolerance, and a spirit of community.
Handle parcels with care
I ensure parcels are handed over exactly as received from the carrier — complete and intact. I never open parcels and store them in a secure, dry location until collection.
Protect personal data
I do not retain any personal data concerning the parcel recipient (postal address, phone number, email, etc.).
